    WHAT YOULL BE DOING:


    Responsible for supporting Sales teams in campaign management, trafficking, and ad operations support for Ampersands audience-based TV & digital offerings.

    Critical functions include successful implementation and launch of campaigns, as well as processing and maintaining online orders to meet client KPIs and revenue goals.


    HOW YOULL BE CONTRIBUTING:


    Execute transmit all new orders for the Local business utilizing Ampersand applicationsFacilitate communication amongst stakeholders regarding order details, copy and trafficCollaborate with MVPD contacts on order confirmation and campaign activation to ensure all platforms are liveAggregate pacing and fulfillment reports on a regular basis and share delivery with Sales teamProcess optimizations and in-flight order changes based on Account Management/MVPD guidance and Agency approval to ensure full campaign deliveryWork with our MVPD operations team, and the AM/Sales teams to troubleshoot issues such as creative errors and data discrepanciesCollaborate with Billing & Finance to meet agency invoicing needs in a timely manner.

    Troubleshoot and resolve billing discrepancies and process credits as necessaryAssist with other duties and projects as assignedWHAT YOULL BRING TO THE TABLE:
    Bachelors Degree preferredAccuracy, excellent organizational skills, and ability to problem solve are essentialMust be detail oriented and be able to prioritize effectively to meet strict deadlinesExcellent written/oral communication skills requiredPrevious experience working in a professional office-setting preferredMust be proficient in Microsoft Applications
