- Represent clients in Civil litigation matters.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients and senior attorneys.
- Advocate on behalf of clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Manage cases independently or as part of a team, ensuring high-quality legal representation.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the firm's growth and success by building and maintaining client relationships.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
- 3-10 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
