**Customer Care Representative**

Fairfield, CA **Customer Care Representative SERVICE DEPARTMENT**

Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield is currently seeking full time Customer Care Representatives to complement our Service Team team in meeting fast growing customer demands.

Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield The Best or Nothing customer experience is dependent on team members who create and maintain long term relationships, possess excellent customer service skills, confident and outgoing personality, professional appearance, and great communication skills.

Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield, a Price Simms Family Dealership, is a family owned and operated Authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealer in Fairfield, CA. We represent the full line of Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars and Commercial Vans conveniently located at the Fairfield Auto Mall off Interstate 80 / Hwy12.

**EXPECTATIONS:**

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Have the flexibility to work opening and closing hours as well as Saturdays

Ability to handle hard to work with clients and have the patience to listen and understand

Deliver exceptional and professional customer service at all times

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Schedule maximum appointments to meet daily goals

Schedule appointments to best meet client needs

Complete monetary transactions using a POS system

Complete loaner agreements for clients and conduct visual vehicle inspections (walkarounds) for clients who are borrowing vehicles

Coordinate with transportation coordinator to provide guests with services

Move vehicles out of the driveway and drive client shuttles

Performing opening and/or closing duties

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**

High School diploma or Equivalent

2+ years of customer service or similar field required

6+ months of experience with Microsoft office including Excel required

Proof of current CA drivers license

Excellent Customer Service skills required

Organization and data entry skills required

Knowledge of the automotive industry strongly preferred
