    Salary & Benefits

    We offer an estimated base salary of $170k - $220k per annum, along with equity participation. Our full-time W-2 role is based in New York City, with on-site work policy requiring in-person attendance at our FiDi office. Visa sponsorship is not available.


    Job Description

    In this role, you'll work directly with our founders, contributing across the entire tech stack and influencing high-level product decisions. Your focus will be on developing features, improving user experience, and delivering high-quality products using React, Node.js, MongoDB, and other modern web technologies.

    You'll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects, collaborate directly with the founders, and join a lean, high-performing team where your contributions will make a significant difference.


    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, with strong interaction design, UI/UX design, and information architecture skills for SaaS products geared toward technical users.
    • Previous experience as a founding engineer or in an early-stage startup environment (YC companies are a plus).
    • Demonstrates a strong design portfolio showcasing advanced UI/UX work, including micro-interactions, animations, and responsive designs.
    • Experience in developing and contributing to design systems or component libraries.
    • Strong understanding of modern web technologies, including HTML/CSS/JavaScript, databases, APIs, and API authentication.
    • Hands-on experience with builder tools like Retool, Webflow, and Figma.
    • Familiarity with module bundlers (webpack, Babel) and troubleshooting configuration issues.
