    Description

    **We are looking for an Organizational Change Management Subject Matter Expert** to support a potential customer within the Department of Veterans Affairs, Strategic Acquisition Management Initiatives (SAMI) office.

    **AMSG** is a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) verified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides performance management services to various government programs.

    **Join our team of talented professionals who support the federal government from a remote location**.


    Location: Remote
    Education: Master's Degree
    Experience: Minimum of 15 years experience in communications, public relations, or a related field


    Requirements
    • US Citizen
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in developing and implementing Organization Change Management strategies and plans
    • Experience in managing internal and external communication channels
    • Knowledge of branding and marketing principles
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
    • Familiarity with graphic design software and multimedia tools
    • Relevant certifications are a plus

    The ideal Candidate will develop and execute an effective Organization Change Management (OCM) strategy, focusing on assessing organizational readiness for change, identifying key stakeholders, facilitating the adoption of new processes, systems, or initiatives within the VA, and monitoring progress for successful implementation.
