Job summary
Elderwood of Scallop Shell at Wakefield is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation Services to lead and inspire our therapy department. This is a hands-on leadership role for a licensed Physical Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist or Occupational Therapist who thrives in collaboration, values clinical excellence.

- Screen and provide evaluation of each individual's rehabilitation potential; makes written recommendations for inter-disciplinary care planning and treatment.
