    BOOKKEEPER:

    Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:

    • General bookkeeping, reconciliations, bank deposits, A/R & A/P, payroll, taxes
    • Perform various administrative functions including faxing and filing
    • Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets
    • Maintaining employee records and time log
    • Coordinating and organizing research across internal departments

    Preferred Qualifications of the Bookkeeper:

    • Experience using QuickBooks Accounting
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Quick learner with a strong desire to learn
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to effectively prioritize and balance multiple projects
