    INTERN - Spring/Summer. East Hampton, NY main office.

    Schedule: Monday - Friday, 20 hours per week. Day shift - flexible.

    The Intern will assist with general administrative duties such as greeting visitors, managing supply orders and donations, scheduling meetings, and updating calendar invites and events. Sort and distribute mail and maintain office inventory and equipment. This position may assist the Executive Director in coordination of Board Meetings, correspondence, and reports.


    Qualifications:

    • HS Diploma or equivalent
    • Relevant work experience
    • Motivated self starter
    • Proficient in computer/MS Office/Google Drive skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
