Randstad is hiring for a welder~ 22-26/hr 1st Shift Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques based on the project
• Perform welding tasks such as MIG, TIG, and ARC welding with accuracy and efficiency
• Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget constraints
• Troubleshoot and resolve any welding-related issues that may arise during the fabrication process

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Welder in a similar role
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
• strong attention to detail and precision in welding tasks
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Knowledge of welding equipment and tools
• Understanding of welding safety practices and procedures
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Welding certification(s) preferred
