Job summary
We are seeking a skilled and driven Estimator / Demolition Estimator to lead the full estimating process for work across a range of project sizes—from small-scale jobs to large, complex demolition efforts.Responsibilities
- Analyze proposal specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to define project scope and estimate requirements.
- Create preliminary project schedules using information from bid documents.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages for construction projects to support the bidding process.
