Progressive Physician Associates (PPA) is looking to add a Night Reader Radiologist to our collaborative team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting imaging from emergency departments and level 1 & 2 trauma centers. Night Reader must possess skillset to interpret CTAs for stroke patients. The ability to read MRI brain is helpful but not required. Other responsibilities include reading from inpatient and stat outpatient exams, act as a radiology consultant to all other physicians, guide MRI and CT technicians with imaging and protocol questions. There is 24-hour support from our control center with on-site liaisons to help expedite communication with referring physicians. In addition, there is one on-site radiologist to cover Fluoro cases.
