As the primary point of contact for internal and external customer inquiries serve customers to capture feedback and enhance delivery experienceManage customer issues including escalations Executive Care cases monitor work alerts queues and cases through case order management systems Manage Save the Sale opportunities to recover lost revenue Process customer order changes special order tracking Collaborate with stores vendors distribution centers ensure inventory integrity on-time deliveries Coordinate resolve claims Lowe's retail teams supply chain nodes store operations service providers Foster strong relationships Pro partners vendors Demonstrate adaptability fast-paced environment multiple priorities Exhibit strong listening communication documentation skills Use Microsoft Office applications effectively support day-to-day operations Contribute continuous improvement culture-first mindset

- 1-2 Years in customer service or support roles
