- Perform a wide variety of assembly and testing tasks following set guidelines and timelines
- Maintain and assemble production equipment, ensuring calibration and preventative maintenance
- Complete necessary paperwork adhering to GMP guidelines
- Contribute to enhancing manufacturing processes through method development
- Assist in training new technicians and perform housekeeping duties
- Assemble and test components according to procedural guidelines
- Maintain and assemble production equipment and tooling as needed
- Complete relevant paperwork following GMP guidelines
- Aid in developing methods to improve manufacturing processes
- Participate in updating documentation as required
- Perform clerical functions to ensure traceability of components and finished products
- Assist in training new technicians

- Proficiency in the English language - reading, writing, and communication
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft suite, web navigation, and email
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate various hand tools and precision measurement tools
- Problem-solving skills and adherence to safety practices
- Aptitude in following procedures and mechanical drawings
- Previous experience in assembly, cable work, installation, mechanical tasks, or military equivalent

Position Summary
As a Manufacturing Assembly Technician working under the guidance of the Manufacturing Supervisor or experienced Operations staff, your role involves a diverse range of tasks to assemble and test electro-mechanical subassemblies in an FDA-regulated manufacturing setting.
