    Requirements to be successful in this role:

  • 2+ years supervisory experience in a hotel environment
  • Brand experience is preferred
  • Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse TEAM
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with staff, guests, and other departments
  • Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired.
