    Job Details:
    GPIS is seeking an experienced call center professional to be the first impression of GPIS.

    These scheduling calls are essential to the overall success of our team as they will be the initial consultation with the prospective clients.

    The Scheduling Representative will educate prospects on who we are, what we do, and how we improve their lives.


    Responsibilities:

    • Making daily outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
    • Handle inbound calls.
    • Accountable for daily and weekly goals for scheduling appointments for our Benefits Specialist.
    • Communicate effectively with prospective clients and colleagues.
    • Work independently and as a key member of the entire team.
    • Place scheduled appointments on representatives' calendars.
    • Document all calls, tasks, and appointments in CRM.
    • Create a positive first impression of GPIS and the unique services we provide.
    • Participate in daily team huddles, attend training sessions and other meetings as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Skills & Abilities


    • Knowledge of sales processes.
    • Energetic yet compassionate phone skills required.
    • Great problem-solving ability.
    • Highly motivational and possesses persuasion skills.
    • Ability to stay organized.
    • Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office 365, CRM, or similar software.
    • Passion for helping people and enriching their lives.
    • Ability to exhibit GPISs' Core Values in daily work.
    Requirements


    • Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
    • Previous cold calling or call center experience.
    • Working knowledge of MS Office and GOLD MINE (or similar CRM software).
