- Ability to process Coverage Determination Requests within CMS Timeframes
- Ability to communicate all pharmacy benefits both verbally and written
- Ability to have strong attention to detail while multitasking within a high demand environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmacy Retail, PBM, Hospital, Managed Care
- Experience with Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)
- Knowledge of prescription drug names, therapeutic classes and claims processing
- Knowledge of Privacy Regulations
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) preferred.
