    The client is looking to add a Helpdesk Specialist to its Technical Support team.

    You should have 6-10 years of experience and be comfortable with getting around DC.



    • Responsibilities include responding to technical issues through discussion with users,

    • resolving problems within Service Level Agreements,

    • providing assistance with software installation and maintenance,

    • logging service requests and incidents in an incident management system,
