    This is an exciting time to join Sivo, and as our Sales Leader, make a personal difference in how to fund and deliver capital and credit products worldwide. You'll work closely with leadership, marketing, design, product, risk, and capital teams to grow ARR to $100M over the next two years.

    Sivo is well-funded, with backing from Y Combinator and a who's who pool of fintech investors. We launched in 2021 and are working with originators around the globe. Our core offering is the new category, debt-as-a-service, in the embedded finance/lending ecosystem.

    This role is critical to Sivo's near term success and you will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

    You will:

    Develop the B2B sales / revenue function (Sales, Customer Success) in collaboration with Leadership and Marketing (Messaging & Positioning, Demand Generation, Partnerships).Scale ARR to over $100M over the next two years.Build optimized and repeatable sales processes and playbooks.Work directly alongside the CEO, CPO/Co-Founder and CMO to evolve the go-to-market strategy & best practices.Own sales incentives and compensation.

You're able to align cross-functional teams towards a common objective, partnering closely with Marketing, Design, Product, Risk, Capital and Operations, and nurturing warm relationships across every functional team.Both data-driven and intuitive. You know the market and competitive landscape like the back of your hand. You can sense where the market is going and back it up with research and data to build internal alignment on the future direction of our products and strategy.A proven people and operational manager. You can manage HR and budgeting responsibilities for a team as well as motivate and develop a team to achieve high performance. You set the goals and priorities of the team and provide mentorship and support.Highly organized and articulate. You work at a fast pace and know what's going on across the business. You can clearly articulate both the business priorities and how the team will support company objectives.Data driven with excellent analytical and project management skills.

    You have:

    Successfully taken a company from strong product market fit to over $100M ARR enroute to an exit.Set the vision and aggressively built an early-stage B2B GTM function while implementing best practices and developing GTM strategy and Sales processes.Strong track record of successfully finding, landing and retaining customers.Experience in collaborative sales focusing on solving customer pain points and earning trust long after the initial sale.Knowledge of how to achieve results in an early-stage sub-50 headcount environment.

    Nice to haves:

    Experience growing a sales organization in FinTech, credit, and/or lending.Experience growing a sales organization in SaaS.Multilingual is a plus (we work with originators around the globe).Familiar with working on a remote or distributed team. It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
