- Performs personnel management functions.
- Oversee Third Party collections Program (TPCP).
- Direct program operations involved in processing claims and bills for TPCP.
- Develop policies and procedures that will improve efficiency and enhance collections.
- Review insurance payments; sends questionable payments/denials back to insurance companies for reconsideration of additional reimbursement.
- Analyzes inpatient/outpatient TPCP billing documents for completeness and accuracy and verifies specific charges under.
- Provides general administrative / technical management of cash controls, account auditing, verification of cash collection vouchers, refunds.
- Utilize computer knowledge of hardware (i.e. servers, printers, monitors, hard-drive, etc.) and software, along with networking to ensure continuous electronic billing and interface with other medical information data systems.
