- Energetically lead a team of top-notch providers and staff in Women's Health practices including OB/GYN, midwifery, neonatology, labor and delivery, and breast care;
- Employ program development acumen;
- Collaboratively develop and implement quality improvement goals and measures;
- Serve as a strategic-thinking member of Mercy's leadership team and participate in the Women's Health service line at the Northern Light Health system level;
Candidates for this position: - Must be Board Certified in OB/GYN and eligible for licensure in Maine;
- Will have years of experience, including 3 - 5 years in a leadership capacity;
- Should possess strong clinical, managerial, and leadership skills;
- Robotic surgery experience preferred.
