THE JOB

It is the responsibility of the Retail Stock Associate to verify and prepare merchandise and operating supplies for the retail shopwhile maintaining a strong sense of pride and responsibility for the organization and cleanliness of shopping and storage areas.

STARTING PAY RATE: $15 per hour

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Count, inspect, and prepare merchandise upon delivery in order to transport it to retail stores and storage rooms
• Stock and replenish merchandise in stores following all department and visual merchandising standards
• Prepare store to store transfers and return to vendor items on provided forms
• Communicate merchandise and supply inventory needs to Assistant Managers/Managers and Vendors
• Assist in preparing for and conducting physical inventory and cycle counts
• Assist sales associates as needed with guests needs following the company's S.H.O.W. guest service standards

THE REQUIRED

• Age 21+
• Ability to work sometime between 4pm - 1am

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• General knowledge of mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, money handling
• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
