    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Ann Arbor, MI. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities and will possess the necessary skills to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement behavior intervention plans as developed by the BCBA.
    • Collect data on targeted behaviors and progress towards goals.
    • Provide direct, one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
    • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Completion of RBT certification program and active RBT certification.

    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
