    Your Role:


    The National Account Manager (NAM) will develop and maintain corporate relationships with our brand partners, partner associations and other vendor partners ensuring that all engagement opportunities are fully utilized.

    The NAM will collaborate with Regional Account Managers (RAM) to help facilitate partner relationships on a local/regional level and also manage a team of Agent Support Assistants (ASA) providing training, support and guidance on the best strategies for engaging individual agents throughout their experience with HPA.


    Responsibilities:


    Identify and maintain corporate relationship with brand partners including Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, ERA, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, RE/MAX, LeadingRE, and more.

    Hold monthly meetings with corporate contacts to discuss brand performance, marketing and training opportunities, upcoming events, and new initiatives to drive volume.

    Collaborate with Regional Account Managers (RAM) to ensure market brand contacts are fully engaged and new strategies for engagement are executed.

    Assist in coordination and preparation of sponsorship levels and conference calendar to ensure all benefits of partnership are fully utilized.

    Audit and maintain HPA materials on brand intranet sites to ensure most up-to-date information is live at all times.
    Identify and execute new opportunities with brand partners to drive volume including events, contests, recognition, communications, and more.
    Monitor and measure success of marketing opportunities and individual brand relationships.
    Identify and maintain relationships with National and local associations such a NAHREP, NAREB, AREAA, Chamber of Commerce, etc. ensuring that all marketing and event opportunities are utilized.
    Maintain calendar of events for marketing, training and awareness opportunities.
    Collaborate with RAMs to identify key opportunities and benefits of working with associations at a national and local level.
    Help facilitate and manage communication and marketing opportunities.
    Manage team of ASAs to help drive engagement with individual agents as they begin to use the program.
    Conduct regular 1 on 1s with to members in order to coach and communicate performance based on set metrics/KPIs.
    Monitor and evaluate efficiency of team's strategy through buildout and analysis of reports.
    Identify new areas of agent engagement opportunity with creation of scripting, templates and coaching in order to execute.
    Monitor and measure success of engagements with brand partners, associations and ASA performance.


    Requirements:
    Must hold a bachelor's degree and have excellent academic credentials.

    Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs and evaluate new ideas with stakeholders, driving to consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities.

    Exceptional communication, presentation skills, organizational, and analytical and technological skills.
    5+ years in account management, sales and/or real estate industry
    Previous management experience a plus.
    High level of competency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
