JOB SUMMARY:
Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties to associates; communicating goals and
feedback; training associates on processes and procedures;
Maintains safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps;
Serves as a link between management and hourly employees by keeping managers informed about employee concerns or issues and presents ideas,
suggestions or solutions to improve customer service.
