    Senior Architect Position

    We are seeking a senior architect to join our higher education team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading clients and design teams through the project lifecycle, from conceptual design to execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work on multiple projects concurrently
    • Knowledge of construction processes and architectural materials
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong team focus
    • Specification writing experience
    • Foster engagement within the office and community

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in architecture, architectural technology, construction management or related field
    • Familiarity with CSI MasterFormat
    • Experience with Revit and Speclink software
    • CSI / CDT credentials preferred

    Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
