The ideal candidate will be an expert communicator who has a strong ability to gather and retain information. They will then use that knowledge to make informed decisions, while collaborating across a range of departments. Ultimately, the allocations specialist should be driven by a desire to know all information necessary to execute the best decisions to exceed company standards.

    Objectives of this role
    • Work in collaboration with the Client Services team to account for all company needs for client request
    • Work in collaboration with the Tissue Operations team to determine the best course of action for incoming inventory
    • Track, organize, and communicate any company needs with respect to cadaveric tissue processing
    • Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality

    Responsibilities
    • Allocate best cadaveric tissue options in inventory for client needs, ensuring all client criteria are met to the best of the companys ability
    • Communicate with clientele regarding specific requests, and any available options
    • Build plans for inventory to accommodate all client requests
    • Create Specimen inventory forecast to be shared with management weekly
    • Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management based on business needs.

    Required skills and qualifications

    Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    Strong grasp of Microsoft Office Suite

    Strong project management skills, able to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines

    Strong decision-making abilities
