These are large & complex opportunities to field critical capability for a classified customer
This is a high visibility position requiring regular interaction with executive leaders
Lead Financial analyst supporting the start-up and successful execution of a large Production program with several large subcontractors
The position will be located in Manassas, VA
Responsibilities include:
Provide detailed weekly actuals analysis, funding, and mod reviews
Assist in PPMP and PM-PR-011 implementation, including generating monthly IPMRs, maintaining Earned-Value work products, and supporting monthly Variance Narrative reviews with the program team
Create and monitor charge numbers utilizing SAP and eWAD systems
Responsible for invoicing and collections
Support program reviews with Program Managers and Financial Management team
Provide overall financial support to program manager and integrated product team members ensuring that financial commitments are met
Prepare monthly outlook forecasts for Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash utilizing Hyperion
Also responsible for Long-Range Plans and annual Operating Plans for assigned programs
The successful candidate must currently possess a security clearance at the Secret level
The program team sits in a closed area on site, requiring in-office support at least two days a week or more often if required by the team.
Basic Qualifications:
Possess security clearance at the Secret Level
Experienced with EVMS Experienced user of SAP/Hyperion Strong in Excel, also PowerPoint & Microsoft Office Suite
Detailed Oriented Experience with Cost Control, Risk Identification and Management
Highly Autonomous Effective builder of cross-functional relationships; Strong communicator
Strong Analytical Skills
Ability to excel in a fast paced & dynamic environment
Desired Skills:
Experience with FFP production contracts
Experience with Progress billing
Experience with Program Start-up
Experience with investment analysis and cost modeling
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
