    • 10-15 years of Creative Director experience in agency and/or corporate environment.
    • Must have experience leading creative ideation of immersive branded experiences to deliver customer and business value, such as store formats, editorial signage, and visual merchandising, care delivery experiences, activations, and events.
    • Strong in-depth knowledge in environmental graphic design principles and retail print design including typography, color, photography, scale, and materials.
    • Must have strong collaboration and partnership skills with ability to impact and influence individuals at senior levels-both internally and externally.

    • Bring innovative ideas and vision to life across a wide scope of unique projects, such as prototypical retail stores, care delivery experiences, shop category reimagination, and pop-ups, etc.

    • Professional work samples demonstrating competence in above are required.
    • Oversee creative execution across multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong team player with enthusiasm, positive attitude, and the willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.

    Description:


    Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, Experience Design, the Creative Director, Experience Design will lead the creative ideation of immersive branded experiences to deliver customer and business value, such as store formats, editorial signage, and visual merchandising, care delivery experiences, activations, and events.

    This candidate must be proven senior level Creative Director who can lead the ideation of customer experience design, has high creative aesthetics and standards, and broad knowledge of environmental graphic design.

    This leader will draw from their experience and understanding of branding, shopper marketing, communications, interior design, wayfinding, signage systems and digital technologies.

    Must demonstrate a passion human-centered design for strategic problem solving.
    This is a leadership position that requires interaction with senior leaders throughout the organization. The ability to impact and influence key stakeholders is critical.

    The Creative Director, Experience Design will guide and partner with internal teams and external agency partners in the ideation and implementation of spaces, places, activations, and events, ensuring that the brand is being represented properly and consistently in all touchpoints and that business goals and outcomes are delivered.


    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Drive continuous process improvement to Client efficiencies and make recommendations within the practice.
    • Inspire and mentor team to develop impactful creative ideas and executions that deliver and adhere to the brand standards, ensuring cohesion and consistency.
    • Cultivate an engaging atmosphere leading to the development and execution of best-in-class creative.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to internal business teams and external agencies.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 10-15 years of Creative Director experience in agency and/or corporate environment.
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or similar required
    • Ability to demonstrate a passion for strategic and creative problem solving.
    • Strong in-depth knowledge in environmental graphic design principles and retail print design including typography, color, photography, scale, and materials.
    • Experience concepting campaigns, developing brand voice for retail editorial signage.
    • Experience managing teams and leadership skills with ability to inspire and mentor team; consistently developing talent and team building.
    • Strong collaboration and partnership skills with ability to impact and influence individuals at senior levels-both internally and externally.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-oriented environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong team player with enthusiasm, positive attitude, and the willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, which may include extended hours when necessary to meet deadlines.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of working for a large, complex organization
    • Experience in health care or retail industry
    • Experience working in Workfront (MRM tool)
