- Offer substantial project support for various areas as instructed by senior management

- Maintain arm and hand position or hand steadiness while moving the arm
- Use fingers for handling, moving, or assembling small objects
- Utilize one or both hands for grasping, moving, or assembling objects

- Familiarity with BOMs, routings, and time and motion studies essential for setting standards
- Proficiency in written, verbal, presentation, and telephone communications
- Competency in using Microsoft products like Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint

Principal Function of the Role:
This role oversees and coordinates activities related to manufacturing engineering in processes such as metal fabrication, machining, welding, painting, and assembly throughout all shifts. The main focus is on enhancing efficiency in product flow, material handling, safety, quality, and productivity. Encourage and support continuous improvement efforts across all departments within the facility.
This individual should have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and managers at every level on a daily basis. It is essential to champion lean concepts and facilitate a platform for input and idea-sharing among employees at all operational levels to promote ongoing enhancements in programs, processes, and systems within the manufacturing process.
