- Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers in developing complex engineering solutions.
- Ensure successful execution of test solution projects from inception to deployment and long-term support.
- Manage project technical execution and maintain performance metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Oversee project scope, ensuring it meets agreed commitments, and manage change requests.
- Generate and maintain project schedules with dependencies, deliveries, and critical path identified.
- Utilize Earned Value (EV) methods for managing project budget and schedule.
- Ensure projects meet quality expectations and identify and resolve risks and opportunities proactively.

- Sound technical knowledge in systems, mechanical, electrical, or software engineering.

- Minimum of a STEM degree.
