SM Drip is a physician-owned and operated Medspa offering IV Hydration and Aesthetic services in San Juan Capistrano, South OC. We take pride in delivering beauty and wellness with precision, safety, and integrity.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed esthetician with prior experience in aesthetic practice, preferably 2 years minimum. Expected skillset includes: Hydrafacial machine proficiency and experience, medical grade peels, dermaplaning, medical grade skincare proficiency (namely ZO, Alastin), full face and skin consultations, and comfort with skin care advice and sales, including cross-selling with facial injection/aesthetic techniques (botox/fillers/microneedling/lasers). Additional preferred skillset includes command and comfort with social media posting/marketing.

We are seeking a compassionate and honest individual to join our team, one who is willing to maintain a positive attitude and display a strong work ethic and self motivation for the success of the spa. Our core priorities are precision, safety, and integrity. The ideal candidate will embody the values above. Additional consideration will be given to candidates with extensive prior aesthetic/med spa experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide patient care aesthetic services including facials, Hydrafacials, and other esthetician services as listed above.
Accept and treat all patients or matters assigned to the center.
Assist with front desk responsibilities on occasion.
Educate patients on procedures, including risks and benefits, and expected outcomes.
Engage in continuing education and training as recommended by the Medical Director.
Comply with standard operating procedures and sanitary protocols adopted by the Medical Director.
Keep track of inventory of supplies required for above-mentioned treatments.
Provide prompt telephone coverage for clients during working hours.

Requirements:

Valid esthetician license in California
Proven experience as a licensed esthetician in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy and honesty
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Strong work ethic with a self-starter mentality

We offer a competitive pay rate for this part time position. Compensation also includes a "commission based incentive" based on monthly gross revenue. Additional greater commission also present on skincare sales. Future options may open for full time work, pending proof of excellence. Such future positions may include additional benefits.
