    Location:
    Hyderabad

    Experience: 5+ Years in Finance & Accounts (Staffing Industry is a must)

    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations for staffing business units.
    Handle client billing, invoicing, reconciliation, TDS/GST compliance, and audits.
    Prepare and review monthly MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
    Oversee payroll management, client payments, and vendor reconciliations.
    Support business decisions through P&L analysis and cost optimization.
    Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting (CA / MBA preferred)
    • Mandatory experience in the Staffing / Recruitment industry
    • Proficiency in Tally / ERP / SAP
    • Excellent understanding of statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, Client)
