Mapletree is seeking an Associate to support its New York Logistics Development team.Headquartered in Singapore, Mapletree is a global real estate development, investment, capital and property management company committed to sustainability.
The Group manages three Singapore-listed real estate investment trusts and nine private equity real estate funds which hold a diverse portfolio of assets in Asia Pacific Europe the UK and the US
The Role
- Build manage and lead the development of our single-phase multi-phase and complex fund level models utilizing both Microsoft Excel and Argus to evaluate prospective and existing development opportunities.
