The Director, Government Contracts, will be responsible for directing the overall operations of the people, process and systems administering contracts for Government Programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, 340B, SPAPs, and ADAPs.
The Director will also provide strategic guidance on contractual responsibilities of these programs, while liaising with various IM and MT partners creating strategies or pricing for these same programs.
