- Paid Training and Shadowing is provided along with RN Case Manager Supervision.
- 1:1 care, 8 hours a day, at one location within the comfort of the patient's home.
- Suctioning, O2 Treatment, Nebulizer, G tube/ Feeding/ Medication, Pt. weight: TBD, Ventilator (if applicable-Circuit changes)
- Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN)
- Current Physical
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- G-tube feeding and Tracheostomy care daily activities:
- Dressing changes
- Tie changes
- Stoma care
- Suctioning 3-5 times per day
- Medication Administration
- Head to Toe Assessment
- Repositioning
- Clinical Documentation
- Nebulizer machine knowledge for breathing treatments (if applicable)
- Seizure precautions (if applicable)
- Foley Catheter (if applicable)
- Colostomy Care (if applicable)
