    Purpose of the Job



    Accounting & Financial Reporting

    Maintain company accounts in line with IFRS, local GAAP, and Groups

    Controller manual.

    This position will be based out of Aurora, Illinois



    Key Tasks & Responsibilities

    • Visually inspect products, identifie defects / rejects, and escalate as required
    • Develop, analyze and interpret accounting and statistical information in order to assess operating results in terms of profitability, actual results of operation against budget, and other matters impacting the operating effectiveness of the company.
    • Present various accounting reports to top management and make suitable observations and recommendations
    • Prevent inaccuracies in financial statements by setting up internal control systems and adopting proper policies for financial reporting.
    • Assists in the budget process including preparation and subsequent reviews.
    • Coordinate activities of external resources including accounting, audits & tax reporting, banking, and occasionally assist with information technologies, human resources and risk management.
    • Conduct account reconciliations and analysis.
    • Cash Flow forecasting, cash management, annual budgeting & foreign currency consolidation
    • Lead the company's monthly and yearly closings.
    • Oversee the financial affairs and accounting practices of the company; prepares monthly financial statements and supporting schedules that are in compliance with GAAP, as well as interim reporting analysis of operations.
    • Accounts receivable and accounts payable experience with the ability to oversees cash management activities including credit and collection; accounts payable; daily banking activities; working capital requirements analysis; capitalization requirements analysis; and cash flow projections and analysis.
    • Manage general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable and budgetary controls.
    • Assist in annual inventory and reconciliation process
    • Develop and suggest business financial analysis and profitability improvements.
    • Sales, Operations, Cash and other KPI analysis and reporting
