    Contact for Internal and external project support

    Constant monitor of the project KPI's (cost,

    quality,

    and

    delivery)
    Report out to Cross functional team of

    project

    status.
    Keeping/sharing of the open issues list for each project.
    Project Event participant (on-site / off-site as needed)
    Conduct Design Acceptance, Pre-Acceptance and Final Acceptance

    Reviews

    .
    Provide launch support to production facilities for new

    tooling.

    Project Admin

    responsibilities.

    Maintaining good records of

    specifications, project evidence

    Storing of incoming and out-going files in proper place/procedures.
    General accounting responsibility, PO's

    Invoices,

    and record keeping.

    Participant in Continuous improvement culture

    Provide technical input for new product

    Provide input for warranty claims or tooling performance

    Complete training and development activities as specified by

    Qualifications
    Education

    & Experience
    Preferred

    B.S. in Technical Field

    .
    Associates in Technical Field Required

    (or equivalent)

    .
    5+ years automotive experience

    , preferably in a technical role

    .
    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
    Ability to perform responsibilities with minimal

    supervision.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office software

    .
    Strong oral and written communication skills

    .
    Strong multitasking and organization skills

    .
    Experience in automotive and tooling terminology is a

    plus.
