    We are looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join our Information Solutions team.

    The ideal individual should be curious and excited about learning, implementing, and supporting a wide variety of technologies across the entire organization.

    This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position at a stable company with opportunities for growth.

    Our Information Solutions department is on-site at our corporate office in Ballston Spa, NY.

    Responsibilities:


    • Windows Server and Linux Server Management
    • Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
    • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations.
    • Active Directory and Group Policy
    • Manage user accounts, security groups, and policies.
    • Ensure proper access control and permissions.
    • Mobile Devices & Management (Intune)
    • Securely manage companyowned and BYOD devices.
    • Microsoft 365 Suite
    • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, SharePoint, Entra, Teams and OneDrive.
    • Collaborate with endusers to optimize productivity tools (Access, Excel, Word, etc.).
    • VMware and Storage Technologies
    • Configure and maintain VMware virtualization environments.
    • Work with Dell Storage and Veeam backup solutions.
    • Networking
    • Configure and manage firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
    • Maintain DNS and DHCP services.
    • Automation Technologies
    • Utilize PowerShell for scripting and automation.


    • Microsoft Power Platform

    • Power Automate, PowerApps, etc.
    • Azure DevOps/Git
    • Collaborate with team using Azure DevOps and Git for version control.
    • Working knowledge of SQL
    • Troubleshoot databaserelated issues.
    • General knowledge of SQL queries and relational databases.
    • Part of team that provides after-hours support to a 24x7x365 operation.
    • Knowledge of Azure Cloud platform is a plus.

    We Offer:


    • Starting Pay
    :

    $75,000-$95,000/year salary.
