    Autism Learners Behavior Analyst Job Opening

    We are currently seeking a Behavior Analyst certified as a BCBA to offer (ABA) treatment services to children with autism and related disorders. If you are talented, hard-working, and experienced, we want you to join our team and provide behavior-analytic support to our clients. We are excited to connect with you!

    Job Duties:
    • Design behavior and skill acquisition programs for assigned clients.
    • Conduct initial, quarterly, and/or bi-annual assessments.
    • Provide client progress reports on a daily, monthly, and bi-annual basis.
    • Meet all task and report deadlines promptly.
    • Participate in team meetings as required.
    • Implement behavior and skill acquisition programs individually or in a group setting with clients.
    • Offer supervision to team members.
    • Follow reporting mandates on all cases.
    • Deliver one-on-one parent training sessions.

    Requirements:
    • Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Virginia.
    • BCBA certified or equivalent.
    • Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, special education, psychology, or a related field.
    • 1 year of relevant experience in education, mental health, or behavior analysis.
    • 1 year working directly with individuals with autism and related disorders.
    • Current CPR/First Aid certification.
    • Possess modern technology devices for work.
    • Available to work between 2 and 8p.
    • Pass a background check.
