    The position is preferred as a hybrid position in RTP North Carolina, but we will consider qualified remote candidates.


    Description:


    The Product Manager position will develop, and own delivery of a new software defined storage solution for Infrastructure Solutions Group.


    This position will work closely with our strategic partners and internal teams to develop, deliver, and enable a new software defined storage solution running on Think System servers.

    This position requires storage industry experience and the ability to work with diverse teams including development, sales, and operations. Success will provide complete end to end view of the product including product management, business management and sales enablement.

    Position Requirements:

    10 or more years of experience in technology related business

    5 or more years in enterprise or cloud storage market

    Knowledge of Object, block, and File storage

    Mix of technical, marketing, and sales experience

    Ability to develop and manage product level business analysis.

    Ability to work in an international WW team environment with diverse cultures.

    Proven communication skills with peers, managers, and Director level executives


    Position Responsibilities:
    Offering management of HW and SW solution enablement

    Identify and define required HW and SW requirements working with partners and internal teams.

    Define and maintain roadmaps.

    Manage SW versions and enablement including adding to the *** price list and configuration tools DCSC.

    Evangelism and Marketing Enablement

    Create internal sales enablement and public enablement to market, promote and sell the solution (Solution guides, datasheets, blogs, red washing)

    Work with partner and marketing to promote the offering internally and externally.

    Sales Support and Pipeline

    Work with sales and partner sales to manage an opportunity pipeline.

    Manage partner and engagement to architect and progress deals.

    Function as the expert and enabler to support deals.
