    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Staff Accountant. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. General Ledger Management:
      • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to ensure accurate financial reporting.
      • Record and classify financial transactions in a timely and organized manner.
    2. Bank Reconciliations:
      • Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial transactions and balances.
    3. Payroll Processing:
      • Process payroll accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations.
      • Ensure timely distribution of paychecks and address employee payroll inquiries.
    4. Accounts Receivable (AR):
      • Monitor and collect outstanding accounts receivable balances.
      • Reconcile AR records and resolve discrepancies.
    5. Accounts Payable (AP):
      • Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice verification, coding, and timely payments.
      • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
    6. Financial Reporting:
      • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
      • Provide insights into financial trends and variances.
    7. Compliance:
      • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
      • Assist in the preparation for audits and collaborate with auditors as needed.
    8. Financial Analysis:
      • Support financial analysis efforts to aid decision-making processes.
      • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
    9. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data for various projects.
      • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment.
