- At least three years of prior litigation experience. Defense litigation experience is required, with insurance defense and/or commercial experience a plus.
- Experience assisting with or managing all phases of litigation, including propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions and preparing for and attending hearings, mediation and trial.
