    Hiring a General Manager and Assistant Manager for a family orientated fast paced franchise restaurant in Huber Heights, Ohio.     Primary responsibilities include:

    • Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to maximize guest satisfaction
    • We require a strong, stable work history along with five to ten years' management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant. College coursework is preferred.
    • Ensures preventive maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment is completed in accordance with Company standards
    • Motivates and directs team members to exceed customer expectations with fast and friendly service in a clean location.
    • Provides coaching and feedback to team members. corporate manager, and owner. Assumes full responsibility for restaurant profit and loss management by implementing customer retention strategies and following cash control/security procedures
    • Maintains inventory, manages labor, and applies financial reporting analysis to enhance restaurant results
    • Enforces compliance with government regulations, employment laws, food safety and restaurant security
    • Policy, operations, and organizational policies and procedures relating to all restaurant activities across shifts per franchise guidelines
    • Recruiting, selecting, hiring and retaining effective team talent
    • Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
    • Prompt and regular attendance for assigned shifts, and meetings

    Requirements

    • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
    • Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
    • Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
    • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
    • Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
    • Ability to perform the following motions: Bending, Squatting, Twisting, Pulling, and Reaching
    • Flexibility to work 40-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
