    Job SummaryHavel is looking for a Service Operations Manager in Fort Wayne, IN.

    In this position, you will be responsible for managing customer maintenance agreements, supervising Service Technicians, and the overall success of the division.

    Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing customer maintenance agreements and services.

    Supervise a group of Service TechniciansCoordination of Service Technicians' schedules with dispatch and customerRepair and replacement proposal generation for service repairs with customersSafety responsibility for the field in coordination with the Safety Team.

    Manage account relationships with existing customers.

    Must be organized and possess good time management skills to prioritize workloadQualificationsMinimum of 10 years' experience with HVACR systemsMinimum 5 years of experience in SupervisionProficient with HVACR troubleshooting and repairsOSHA Safety awarenessKnowledge of Excel, Word & other Microsoft Office productsExcellent verbal and written communicationMathematical and financial skillsEnjoy business development aspects of networking and attending industry eventsStrong understanding and interest in modern technologies Notice to prospective employees:
