    Program Analyst Associate

    provide administrative support to the Director, the Deputy Director, and the component divisions for FMS case management, policy, and directorate matters to include directorate front desk reception services, scheduling, personnel management, and maintenance of administrative records.

    Manage directorate resources and respond to administrative and logistical support requests from directorate personnel, including requests for conference rooms, teleconference lines, administrative products, official correspondence, and related administrative requests.

    Support the planning, scheduling and administrative preparation for meetings, symposiums, and conferences, and related engagements. This includes office management and support to executive travel and engagements. Support emerging security cooperation, security assistance and FMS operations, staff, organization, and administrative requirements. Provide FMS case correspondence administrative support.

    Process FMS cases ready for offer to FMS partners in Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) and the production and distribution of associated reports and summaries.

    Coordinate visitor support and access, and escort persons, as required.

    Daily interface with the Navy IPO client is required to support the completion of specific tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints.


    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
    Required Experience: 0 to 5 years of related experience

    Required Technical Skills:
    Technical training certificate in MS Office


    Security Clearance Level:
    Secret


    Required Skills and Abilities:
    working with officials at GS-14/15 leadership level

    Location:
    Customer Site; Telework eligible
