Job summary
The Sr IT Infrastructure Lead oversees IT infrastructure operations support for business applications includes implementation operations management support hybrid infrastructure environment spanning on-premises data centers private public cloud services this person will also define develop technical architecture designs standards provide level three engineering support complex recurring issues provides technical vision thought leadership regarding long term deployments infrastructure cloud technologies
• Establish objectives assignments identify remediate issues High Availability resiliency.*
• Lead operational health enterprise infrastructure across cloud Azure on-premises hybrid environments monitoring alerting capacity management.*
- Lead major incident response root cause analysis RCA post-mortem processes drive blameless culture preventive actions reduce recurrence.
- Maintain execute forward-looking 3-year infrastructure roadmap supports current technologies prepares emerging trends upgrades.
- Collaborate closely business application teams align infrastructure capabilities upcoming initiatives ensuring timely reliable operational support.
