Thief River Falls Public Schools has an opening for a Communications Technology or Business Teacher at Lincoln High School beginning in the school year. Duties:

• Teach the foundation of essential skills for high school success and beyond, which includes the integration of Social Emotional Learning, Technology and College and Career readiness standards
• Develop a range of practical and personal development topics from technology proficiency to self-advocacy and financial literacy
• Develop and administer a high school curriculum focusing on academic, admission, career and financial readiness, as well as personal and social readiness
• Conduct ongoing assessment of student learning and modify instructional methods appropriately
• Maintain a system for accurate and complete record-keeping, grading and reporting requirements
• Work with all staff in supporting student success

Qualifications:

• Proper MN licensure or ability to obtain: Communication Technology or Vocational Business
• Successful prior technology teaching experience in grades 9-12 preferred

Pay/Benefits:

• Salary Range: $45,700 - $81,593 (based on education and experience)
