Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated IB Test Data Analyst to support the development and monitoring of industry-leading X-ray generation subsystems (tubes and generators).
This role focuses on analyzing installed base data, supporting field escalations, and driving product quality surveillance and continuous improvement initiatives.
The selected candidate will work closely with installed base teams and field service engineering teams to gather, cleanse, and analyze field failure data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Installed Base and Field Service Engineering teams to collect and analyze field failure data.
Lead data collection and cleansing activities for X-ray tubes and generators across the installed base.
Connect with field service engineers to gather detailed product failure information.
Review machine data and service records to classify failure modes accurately.
Support root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to product quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor field performance trends and provide insights to engineering and quality teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
4–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, quality monitoring, or engineering support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration abilities.
Tools & Technologies
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Familiarity with SQL.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
