    HRIS Administrator

    Direct Hire

    Salary:
    $85K - $90K annually

    Summary/Objective

    The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Administrator will support and maintain the organization's HRIS applications and modules under the direction of the HRIS Manager.

    Essential Functions

    Develops, implements and modifies HRIS requirements to accommodate organizational needs due to acquisition(s) and/or business condition changes.

    Provides the support for updates, upgrades and/or reporting and analysis for Human Resources processes and projects, including but not limited to employee records, manpower reporting, benefits administration; succession planning; wage and salary planning; benefits planning; and employee and management development.

    Serves as HR project manager for all application additions and integrations.
    Creates and maintains training guides and workflow processes relating to HR, Payroll and Benefits.
    Analyzes the needs of the Human Resources organization and assesses and identifies software products and applications.
    Develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, and Senior Management.
    Integrates all new acquisitions into the HRIS platform as well as other HR related applications.
    Interacts with various vendor contacts related to HRIS, other HR related applications, data transfer and file interface issues.
    Ensure integrity of HR data.

    Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Licensure

    Bachelor's Degree, in Computer Science, Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
    Minimum of three years of experience in HRIS function emphasis on HR/HRIS management
    Minimum of two years project management experience required.
    UKG knowledge strongly preferred.
    Valid state issued driver's license in good standing and acceptable driving record.
