    Job Summary: As a key leader within Nextracker's corporate strategy team, the Sr. Director of Market Intelligence manages the overall market intelligence function for the company, providing valuable analysis and insights required for strategic decisions and growth planning.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collect and analyze customer, competitor, market, economic, financial, and operational data through primary and secondary research
    • Drive financial, statistical, and qualitative data analysis of markets, value chains, and competitors
    • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for key strategic decisions
    • Shape and execute the research agenda in partnership with executive leadership to support decision making across all lines of business
    • Deliver actionable insights that generate meaningful business results
    • Build partnerships with industry subject matter experts to unlock valuable insights and resources
    • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the market intelligence team
    • Translate data into strategies to inform accretive business opportunities
    • Orchestrate thorough analysis of key industry trends and market forces
    • Update comprehensive industry, competitor, and customer models
    • Evaluate the economics of industry value chains
    • Ensure that actionable market insights are disseminated and leveraged throughout the organization

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA and/or economics degree preferred
    • Understanding of the utility-scale solar and/or electric power industry
    • Familiarity with various energy generation technologies/systems
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills
    • Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills

    Pay: $220,000 - $270,000 per year, based on market location and experience
